Adriana Aparicio - Producer with more than 9 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. As a producer, she specializes in both the search and development of ideas, as well as the execution of projects from start to finish, leading the teams through all the different stages. She has worked in different positions in important international and national productions for different platforms and clients.

Christine Armitage - Political scientist, historian and Mg. in Urban Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (United Kingdom). She has 19 years of experience in the social sector, she is Co-founder and Executive Director of the Sidoc Foundation, through which she leads processes of peace building, violence prevention and social inclusion with children, adolescents, young people and adults in vulnerable situations in the rural and urban areas of Cali, municipalities in the south of Valle del Cauca and north of Cauca.

Jesualdo Arzuaga - Lawyer graduated from the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga, Specialist in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law, Externado University, Fulbright “Hubert H. Humphrey” Scholar 2022-2023, at MIT, with a Master in Human Rights Protection-University of Alcalá and Master in Constitutional Law from the University of Valencia-Spain, Expert in Conflict Prevention-Complutense University of Madrid, scholarship from the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation, of the Swedish Agency for International Cooperation, of the US Department of State.

Alejandro Fajardo - A mathematician and biologist from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, he has an MPA-ID from Harvard University and a PhD in political science from Yale University. He has worked as an advisor in the Bogotá Council, associate researcher in the Private Competitiveness Council, general coordinator in a presidential campaign in Colombia, project coordinator in the Center for Sustainable Development for Latin America (CODS) of the Universidad de los Andes and has advised social organizations in Venezuela.

Lina Gattás - Lawyer from the U. de los Andes, with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. She has more than 18 years of experience as an expert in Labor Law and Social Security, advising national and international companies. Her practice focuses on individual and collective labor law, as well as Social Security matters and immigration law.

Marcela Giraldo - Industrial engineer from the Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, 2004) and MBA from Georgetown University (Washington DC, 2014). She began her career in the financial sector with Grupo Bolivar and Citibank, then moved into management consulting, leading strategic planning projects, commercial strategy, organizational design and process optimization. She has more than 10 years of experience in pension funds in the Dominican Republic and Colombia.

María del Pilar Gómez - Economist from the Externado University of Colombia with a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po, Paris and Project Management Professional – PMP certification. She has led projects with urban and rural communities in 28 departments of Colombia on issues related to economic development, quality of life, governance and peace.

Felipe Gómez - Political scientist from the Universidad de los Andes with a postgraduate degree in Government and public policies from the same university. He began his career as a consultant on corporate reputation, crisis management and business communication. Felipe has led teams on sustainability strategy, union management and government relations.

Mileidy Jiménez - Psychologist, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant at the Superintendency of Solidarity Economy. She helps transform business and personal dynamics to achieve their objectives, positioning themselves as references with comprehensive policies of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, generating social well-being. Master's degree in Public Policies from the University of Los Andes, in training.

Santiago López - Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with specializations in capital market law and tax law from the same university. He has an MBA from Hult IBS. Together with his wife and family, they founded a social, community, rural and ecological enterprise in Barichara (Santander), called Nativo Glamping.

Alberto Madero - Lawyer from Javeriana University, Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard University and Master in International Economic Law from the University of Barcelona. Dean of the Faculty of Law, Political Science and International Relations at the Universidad del Norte, where he integrates his extensive experience in conflict management and resolution with his firm social commitment.

Paola Mosquera - She has more than twelve years of professional experience in the analysis of foreign policy and social development, as well as in the design, implementation and management of education, gender equality and ethnic inclusion projects and programs in Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States. Master in International Development from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and is a professional in Political Science and International Relations, graduated summa cum laude from Benedict College. In addition, she has certificates in Foreign Policy from the University of Chicago and in Social Impact Strategies from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jesús David Orrego - Studied at the EAFIT university, passionate about Corporate Finance. Since 2009 he has worked in Investment Banking, with experience in company valuation, financial evaluation of projects, debt restructuring, financing agreements, capital raising, issuance of (private) shares, spin-offs and sale of companies.

Martha Ortíz - Industrial Designer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia), Postgraduate in Media from the University of Navarra (Spain), MBA with emphasis in international business from Lynn University (USA), Media Management from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University (USA). A curious mind seduced by understanding and creating. Expert in transformation and innovation processes with design thinking methodologies. Believes in the role of people in building society.

Janne Perea - Lawyer. Master in International Business Law from the Externado de Colombia University in agreement with the Pantheón Paris II University and Master in Law from the University of California, Los Angeles UCLA, last study carried out thanks to the scholarship awarded by the Bank of the Republic in Economic Law. Advisor to corporations and companies in different sectors of the economy, on issues of corporate governance, restructuring, contracts, business reports, foreign investment, shareholder agreements and legal compliance, among others.

Verónica Puech - Verónica, an adventurer at heart and a lover of nature, studied economics at the Universidad de los Andes and did a Master's degree in NGOs and Development at the London School of Economics. Created Kalapa with the purpose of promoting innovative education spaces and promoting new ways of inhabiting the planet with greater awareness and meaning.

Juan Antonio Pungiluppi - CESA business administrator, with a track record in corporate finance, business strategy and private capital at an international level. With more than two decades of experience, he has distinguished himself by successfully leading global investment projects and restructuring organizations, generating outstanding results.

Camilo Quiroz - Bilingual lawyer, with a Master's Degree in Political Science (Pompeu Fabra University) and a Master's Degree in Public Administration (University of Konstanz). He is also a specialist in Government and Public Policy, and in Economics. He is currently finishing his postgraduate degree in Urban Law and Strategic Planning. He has more than 10 years of experience in the public sector, both at the national and subnational level, in issues related to the formulation, implementation and monitoring of public policies in housing, sustainable habitat, orderly urban growth, territorial planning instruments, public services, security, peace and post-conflict.

Nadya Rangel - Political scientist, graduated from the Colegio Mayor del Rosario and with a Specialization in Land Markets and Policies in Latin America from the National University of Colombia. A career of more than 16 years in territorial planning and development, advising and working in public entities in different roles, and as a public manager I have always been focused on generating a positive and lasting impact of public policies and implemented projects.

Felipe Ruiz - Industrial Engineer, with a Specialization in Finance and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Los Andes and completed an “Advance Management Program” from the University of Oxford in England.

Alejandro Vásquez - Instrumentalist Violinist Musician, Orchestra Director, Producer and Cultural Manager, with more than 20 years of Experience. In 2016 he decided to found his own social organization, the Pasión & Corazón Cultural Corporation, with which he has advised, created, developed and strengthened different music schools and Philharmonic orchestras in Colombia and Latin America, thus working for the Democratization of Symphonic Music.

Juliana Velásquez - Lawyer from the University of Los Andes, with an LLM in Private International Law from the IE of Madrid. She has led internationalization processes for more than 500 companies, facilitating their expansion to global markets. Juliana has also held roles on boards of directors and committees, both in the private sector and in NGOs.
